Improving the quality and accuracy of reporting from your Yardi system can take many forms. Before we create a custom report, we will examine all of the options available to you with Yardi’s various existing reports. In some cases, we can help you discover a report that already exists but that you may not have been previously aware of. If there isn’t an existing report, we will then look to Yardi reporting tools that can be configured to create custom reports. If this option does not satisfy your needs, then we can develop a custom report.
Our custom reporting projects will help you unlock the business answers that you seek from your Yardi data. For simple reports, you may provide us with a spreadsheet-based mockup of the report that we will utilize to create the report. For complex reports, we will jointly develop a detailed specification that will involve defining every row and column of the report. We can also work with you to bring in external data, such as benchmarks, to include in your report.
We design our reports such that you will be able to maintain them – we do not seek to develop any dependencies on our continued efforts, although we will be there to help should the need arise.
